We are currently accepting applications for homes, however we have not finalized fund raising at this point.  We anticipate starting a home in the next few months.   Below is information that may be of interest to you.
  
Are you interested in owning your own home? It can be possible with the help of Lincoln County MO Habitat for Humanity. If you answer yes to the following questions you may qualify.  

YES I have NEED  
I may have need for a Habitat for Humanity home if:
• I currently do not qualify for traditional financing from a bank
• My current living situation is overcrowded
• My current living situation has major problems that my landlord will not fix or I am unable to fix myself.

YES I have the ABILITY TO PAY
I may be able to pay if:
• I can make a cash down payment equal to 2% of my annual gross income
• I can afford to pay approximately $350-$700 a month on a no-interest mortgage
• I have no liens or judgments
• I have not had a bankruptcy in the last seven years
• My household income does not exceed 60% of the area median income based on the number of people living in my household (See chart below for income guidelines.)

YES I am WILLING TO PARTNER
I am willing to partner if:
• I am willing to work 250 (Single Adult Family) - 400 (Per Family) sweat-equity hours on my home and the homes of others.
• I am willing to attend homeownership workshops.
